New hot spot town in Perak, the fastest develop town in Perak, the most modern, well equips and most prosperous is MANJUNG. About 5km to Lumut, located between Sitiawan and Lumut, a city called Maritime City. If you were from Kuala Lumpur, the biggest bus station in this area is Manjung, the last stop is Lumut.
Manjung Bus Station recently have a new taxi station, about 1 month old. The taxi drivers moved from Sitiawan to be re station in manjung where there are more tourist, more travellers and more people come in and out compare to Sitiawan.They had pumped in their own money to buy small tent so called to be their Office while waiting for the passenger. Off course they are excited when saw me with camera hanging on my neck thinking i am the reporter to voice their problems.
Well..MDM..this is what the taxi operators would like to have:
1. Proper taxi station
2. Small office for them to wait for passengers
3. Telephone line for taxi call
